NeuroLong exists because I spent years watching brilliant researchers waste their best hours on work that machines should be doing.

Founder & CEO, NeuroLong
I am a physician with clinical training in neurology and psychiatry. During my research work I kept encountering the same problem — research coordinators spending days manually abstracting PHQ-9 scores from clinical notes, postdocs wasting weeks wrangling data before any real analysis could begin, and principal investigators unable to see patterns in their own cohort data without hiring a biostatistician.
I published research on Lewy Body Dementias in Annals of Medicine & Surgery (Elsevier, 2025). I hold Johns Hopkins Clinical Trials Operations certification. I understand clinical research from the inside — not as an engineer guessing at physician problems, but as a physician who lived them.
NeuroLong is what I wish had existed. An AI platform that understands the difference between HAM-D-17 and HAM-D-21. That knows “denies SI” is not a positive finding. That generates a publication-ready methods section in 10 seconds because it was built by someone who has written them by hand.
Our Mission
Every extracted value traces back to the exact sentence it came from. Researchers can audit every number before it goes into a paper.
Clinical notes are messy. Scales get documented inconsistently. Our extraction engine knows this and handles it — because it was built by someone who wrote those notes.
98.8% extraction accuracy across 162 scale administrations. We would rather return null than return wrong.
